Any rights request must provide sufficient information that allows Atmos Energy to reasonably verify you are the person about whom we collected personal information and that you are a Texas resident.  Atmos Energy will attempt to authenticate your requests using commercially reasonable efforts and may request that you provide additional information that is reasonably necessary to authenticate you and your request. If we are not able to authenticate your request, we may not comply with the request. Should we decline to take action with respect to a rights request, we will inform you of our decision and provide you the reason for declining to take action.
