Gary Schlessman was named President of Greeley Gas Company, predecessor to the Colorado-Kansas Division, in 1993. Schlessman began his career with Greeley Gas Company in 1979 and held various positions including service and construction in the Canon City division and Manager of the Florence division. He was named Director of Marketing in 1982 and Vice President of Marketing for Greeley in 1992.

Schlessman, a native of Denver, earned a bachelor of science degree in business administration from Ft. Lewis College in Durango, Colorado. He has been a trustee and officer of the Schlessman Family Foundation since 1990. He served on the board of directors of the Colorado Energy Assistance Foundation from 1994 to 1996 and was President of the Rocky Mountain Gas Association in 1994. He currently serves on the board of directors of the Central YMCA in Denver.
